I am 37 minutes away from starting a plan that is going to change my life. It is almost 4 years that I have gone at the weight that I am now. Four years since I last looked in the mirror at a 330 pound self. Yet today, I prepare to say goodbye to my insecurities and start to introduce myself to the new me.
Since I have originally lost the initial 100 pounds, I have struggled with the fact that I lost such a large amount of weight, and still in my eyes and of others, see myself as obese. I have had enough
Last week, I signed up for Weight Watchers Online. I have seen people make tremendous advances and I am ready to be one of them. I have 189 days before my wedding, and I intend to walk down the aisle with my head held high, knowing that I am not only looking good, but healthy and securing my future with my fiancee.
I intend on updating this blog at least on a weekly basis when I weigh in. All I ask you for is your support because at the end of the day, this is for me. I know what I have to do and I know how I need to do it
